- Сommunication with customers via different channels
- Сollaboration with product developers
- Consolidating user feedback
- Strong English skills (Upper Intermediate or higher)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to analyze customer feedback and provide
information to stakeholders
- Experience in online sales or online technical support
- Knowledge of IT market
